well, to be honest, I am not really concerned with the sanitary issue. I have never caught anything by sitting on the toilet seat. Its more the wet ass gross out factor of sitting in someone elses pee for me.

I hate going into public restrooms and slamming my butt down in pee if I dont look or having to wipe it and wait for it to dry because some other lady thinks its not sanitary to sit on the toilet. Well, HELL NO! not after you just peed all over the damn thing its not. Oh and by the way ladies, backsplash from peeing 2 inches off the seat isnt that sanitary either. If you feel you have to squat, do the next lady a favor and at least wipe the seat. We gripe at men for not doing it, and alot of us have no right to complain.

I dont dispute the fact that is was a horrible and stupid thing to do, but there are a few questions I have. She said she did this because she had seen a doctor do this in the past to help her. Was it true that a doctor had done this in the past? The article never stated one way or the other. Secondly, the article states she injected human waste into the girl. Is there human waste in pacreas medicine? Not being flip, I just really dont know.

Slimboyfat, I am not and never have been a JW, so I obviously am not an apostate. Abusing and molesting children is against the law and the JW's want to act like it doesnt exist and not prosecute members to the fullest. The catholic church has been having to deal with publicity over this issue, why not JW's, or any other religion who practices coverups such as this. I think its horrible and if you or anyone in your family were molested, you would do everything in your power to try and stop it from happening to anyone else. I would hope you would anyway, I like to think that mankind has a little more dignity and respect for each other than that.

Forgiveness, How Far Do You Take It?
by prophecor inhas it ever happened to you, something so dispicable you would rather go to your grave, not having forgiven someone a wrong they had done you, hopeful that god would sort it out in the end?
mind you, i know things like child molestation, rape and murder are things for which it is difficult, if not impossible, to be forgiving of.
that being said, where does one draw the line on forgiveness?

I try to be a forgiving person, but I definitely do not forget. With that said, there are exeptions to that. I am at a time in my life where there is a person very close to me that I will never forgive again for what she has done to me. She never apologized for things she has done in the past, but over time I had forgiven her. She has repeatedly hurt me over the years with no regard to my feelings. The last that happened a few weeks ago was the last straw. I think forgiveness after a certain point is just asking someone to hurt you again. Forgiveness to me is like the old saying, f**k me once shame on you, f**k me twice shame on me.

by Elsewhere ingrowing up i never *really* believed in "god" and i assumed that everyone else was the same.
i thought people just pretended to believe because it was just expected of them.
for me going to a religious meeting was like going to the movies... while there everyone "believed" what was going on but when "the lights went up" and everyone left, they all knew that it was all just pretend.

I guess I believed in god when I was little, but then again I believed in Santa Claus too. I didnt grow up in a very religious household. As I got older, I started having a very hard time with blind faith and even though I tried praying, I always felt like I was putting on an act. As an adult, I saw people (to numerous to mention and different religions), who went to church every Sunday and were "christians", who were worse than any heathens or non believers I had ever met. But it was ok and all was forgiven, because they went to church and made amends. What a crock of crap! So I do wonder if they really believe in god. If they do, its damn sure not the version I would believe in.

When did you stop growing ?
by frenchbabyface init's seems that people can grow about until they are 25 (unless a sickness still make them grow).
i've stop growing at 12, i'm the same size since then 5'5'.
also they told me that anyway having a baby at 14 would had stop me growing anyway that i should have been taller !

I stopped growing at about 15. Thank goodness, because I am 5'10".
